  • Security

We have to perform an update of our exchange security protocol on the 16th, 17th and 18th of April 2024 between the hours of 12:00 and 14:00 on each date.

This switch is totally transparent for customers and merchants if your applications calling Worldline Sips components address URLs present in Worldline Sips documentation and not an only fixed IP address.

Regarding server certificates, all our sips-services.com URLs will progressively change of certificate authority from Entrust to Sectigo. If security controls on certificate authority are in place in your integration, these controls need to be suppressed or modified by adding these 2 authorities. We strongly advise the suppression option of security controls.

To summarise, we strongly advise that you check and take into account the following recommendations:

  1. Address in priority the URLs present in the Worldline Sips documentation and not an only fixed IP
  2. Supress/Modify the security controls on the certificate authority if present in your integration

If your internal security policy requires IP filtering:

  • Set-up your firewall with the IP addresses below
  • To have a refreshing DNS delay balanced with the criticality level of your transaction flow. This refreshing delay will determine the unavailability during the switch from one site to another.

IP to add:

  • 185.8.53.[86-117]

For all merchants, to receive automatic response:

  • 193.56.46.18
  • 160.92.133.135
Attention: If your security policy does not allow you to cover all IP addresses given above please contact Worldline Sips Support Team to assist with your case.
