This release note gives you a of the functional content of the WL Sips 20R6 release.
It is separated in two parts:
- new additions in the Sips Solution : are listed the modifications of new functionalities added to our offer;
- regulatory changes

New features of the WL Sips Solution for merchants
New URL for Sips connectors
Following the separation of Worldline from Atos, the URL of the Sips Paypage, Sips Walletpage and Sips Office connectors change so that they no longer refer to Atos (sips-atos becomes sips-services).
You can find the new URL in each connector’s documentation.
We advise you to use the new URL now in order to anticipate the de-commissioning of the old ones. A communication will be sent to you indicating the actions to be taken in order to switch to the new URLs.
Examples on how to integrate WL Sips connectors using GitHub
WL Sips features examples of connector integration on its GitHub space.
These examples show how to generate and send the payment request, and how to receive the response from WL Sips. They will allow the connectors to be integrated more easily.
Integration examples are available in PHP for the Sips Paypage POST and Sips Paypage JSON connectors.
More examples in other languages and for other connectors will be added soon.
Regulatory changes
3.1 Card filtering (“Honor All Cards” option) With this release, the MIF requirement called “Honor all cards” is implemented in production.
This new feature allows you to filter (that is to say, accept or decline on payment pages) cards, based on:
- the means of payment (CB / VISA / MASTERCARD / VPAY / VISA_ELECTRON / MAESTRO)
- usage (credit, debit, commercial, prepaid)
In addition, it is possible to restrict this filtering so that it only applies to cards issued in the European economic zone.
By activating the “Honor All Cards” feature, you can, for example, only accept VISA payments and therefore refuse all payments made by ELECTRON and VPAY cards. You can also apply this restriction only to cards issued in the European Economic Zone.
